One person wrote a Perachel fanfiction and was attacked by toxic people. Another person revealed on Tumblr that they were secretly shipping Perachel and didn't express who the ship, because they were afraid of being harassed. Another one said that they've heard stories of Percabeth shippers telling Perachel shippers to kill themselves.
