The unauthorized petting of a pet that is not her own. Meaning, unauthorized by your current pet.

Lassie accused Timmy of petimony for petting farmer Brown's cow. Timmy then had to lawyer up.

pestimony 

Any type of testimony that is either given in a court of law, or possible testimony that is uttered to someone, solely to pester or intimidate a person. Can also refer to testimony that is later proven invalid or false.

I am so glad to hear that the court case was dropped, due to an overwhelming amount of pestimony that was discovered by the judge and jury.
