Pentahead 

When playing the game LoL (League of Legends) and you experience supreme ecstasy (ejaculating) while receiving oral sex from a women while simultaneously accomplishing a Penta-Kill (killing all 5 people on the opposing side).

Pretty much the best thing that could happen to any one person...ever.

Today I received the greatest honor one man can received at any given point in his life I received some PentaHead. I can now die happy.
