Derived from the phrase "peek a boo" and the word "weeaboo", this word is used to describe an Asian whose eyes go from squinty to large and back again rapidly or often.

1: Dude, did you see that girl with the weird eyes in our art class?
2: Yeah, she's a total peeaboo
