peanuttiest

An open-faced sandwich often served as breakfast. Peanut butter is spread on a slice of bread and a layer of marshmallows is placed in the peanut butter. The sandwich is toasted (most commonly in a toaster oven, but the broil setting in a standard oven can be used).

When I was a kid, my mom made me a peanuttiest for breakfast almost every morning.

Like a quesadilla but with peanut butter. The official recipe:

Spread peanut butter between two flour tortilla and microwave to perfection for 1 minute. Invented in California during the 1990s by a five year old.
