Patuni (pronounced Pa - Too - Nee) is what you call your friend when they do something stupid or when you see them after a long time. This friend has to be really close and like a brother. You could also say Patun for short (pronounced Pa - Toon)
“PATUNI, its been so long!!! Or, “PATUNI, what did you do!!!”
