a margarita style drink created in Northern California by a professional Named Pam, consisting mostly of tequila but some Dr Swami's Bone Daddy's Margarita Mix and juice from a fresh lime

Pam: Would you like a Margarita?

Chrissy: Yes please but please don't make it a Pamarita, I couldn't handle that
