RAINFORESTS are being CUT DOWN because of this substance, killing trees and creatures in the way. This includes orangutans. But the main effect it has on is CLIMATE CHANGE! Palm oil is found in Cosmetics (Shampoo, soap) and food(chocolate, instant noodles).
