Pacoochie

A woman that looks pregnant, but it's actually a gathering of stomach fat on a chick that hangs so low that the coochie and the stomach fat become one. Usually found on younger to most middle-aged housewives/country club members.

A: Hey is that girl pregnant?
B: I hope not, she just sucked down two bottles of wine.
A: Then what is that?
B: That's her beer gut..
A: Well, that pouch is hanging a bit low..
B: Like into her coochie?
A: Yeah, her pacoochie!
