Ozgar

Ozgar is a nickname for somebody named Oscar. Ozgars are an extremely rare breed of people. They are usually tall, Scottish, soccer-playing, extremely cool, long-haired metalheads.
Ozgars also love slayer and hate blink 182.
*WARNING* Ozgars may sometimes act homosexually, but at the end of the day, we all know who the fag is; and it sure as hell isn't ozgar.

oogaygrats

a mix of "congratulations" and "okay". Used when a person tells you something that was completely random or something that you have absolutely no care about. you usually would say "um..okay." or "congratulations" with sarcasm. But now, you may say "oogaygrats"

Person 1: Hey, how have you been?
Person 2: Good, i've been busy with school and such.
Person 1: oh.
Person 2:yea i got this whole college essay due by tomorrow, i dont know how im gonna finish it.
