Opor is a street word, originating from the streets of Lagos, Nigeria. An acknowledgement expression of something massive, big or abundant. It can be used as an adjective in some cases.

Opor is a very universal word hence, it is also a valid /sarcastic reply to any statement just like mad oh. In cases where you noticed that someone is lying during a conversation, Opor will do a lot of good because of its conversation terminating abilities.

This is a Nigerian slang but can used by anyone in general. Original founding father’s (Naira Marley, Zlatan, Mayor of Lagos). This simply means life’s sweet when enjoyment dey! Can be used to hype family, friends and lovers both at weddings, club and even the least get together.

When Money plenty scatter, you shout Opor!

When the Yansh( bum bum, booty) too big or them dey shake am, you shout Opor! Opor por por por!
When bottles are popping, you shout Opor!

When you see a very pretty girl, Omo Opor!

Also when you want to explain to your guys/gees(friends) how a lit event went, Na just to say Opor!
