"Ura omote" Is internet slang originating from the hatsune miku/wowaka song "Ura-omote lovers". It's literal translation means "One sided" but it is now used to reference the type of male described in the song; a sexual deviant male who uses innocent, virgin, usually younger girls as a kink device, and usually ends up traumatizing the girl.
