To oblute, to obulate-
Obulous sounds like nebulous but with a non spaciatric meaning. Used to make a joke at nothing then to give an excuse to laugh, directing the laughter at someone rather than at the joke. - An indirect way to laugh at someone and say you were laughing at the joke.

Him: That Irelia face checked, it was her fault we lost.
Me: Obulous.
Me: Harhar

To describe a Womans Breasts, particuarly when stuck into a wonder bra or in the case of clearly obvious implants.
