Obstropolous

Dialectal variant of the word "obstreperous" Meaning making things difficult just for the sake of it. This is where the word "stroppy" comes from.

There's no pleasing the staff that work for me, they're obstropolous.

Obstrompulous

Extremely obnoxious and huge; large and in-charge, if you will.
A word typically used instead of "big" or "annoying" in order to make yourself sound more intelligent than you actually are.
A bona fide Brooke(TM) word.

(used in place of big)
"What is with that obstrompulous chick blocking my view?"

(used in place of annoying)
"My history teacher gave us such an obstrompulous homework assignment, it's so redundant."
