a person that steals your weed and is a piece of trash that does not contribute to anything. someone that starts shit with people just to do so and this leads to an epic ass beating. someone who can handle their alcohol and tries to slam everyone around him so he feels better about his shitty life.

Guy 1: *sitting in car with another buddy*
Guy 2: *approaches car* "hey fucktards"
Guy 1: tells him to move his arm and doesnt so just rolls window up on his arm... he was warned that window was going up after all...
