OMRLP

Abbreviation for "Official Monster Raving Loony Party", a registered political party established in the United Kingdom in 1983 by the musician David Sutch.
Most notably, it's "Manicfesto" (party-designed play-on-words of "Manifesto") contains may rather bizarre policies. The party's main purpose is to satirise British politics.

Person 1: "Hey, did you hear the OMRLP's new policy?"
Person 2: "No, what is it?"
Person 1: "They are planning to reduce the national deficit by selling off all our castles to the French"
Person 2: "That's rather bizarre."
Person 3: "They are just trying to mock British politics."
