A more extreme version of Fuck Buddy. Similar to Cum Dumpster. A Nut Puppet is someone you have sex with, but have no interest or regard for their needs.

Little Nut-Puppet 

A younger, usually an ugly or over-weight girl, that lets a particular group of older guys blow their loads nut in her just so she could hang around with them.

The only reason I let her hang out with me is because she lets me and all the other guys use her as our "Little Nut-Puppet", which beats jerking-off!
