(such as sucking) When you apply the the letters S.I.C.L.E. at the end of the word newb, you have what is known as an oxymoron. This is due to the fact that a noobsicle is the lowest form of n00b, and that the word newb is in fact a positive word describing someone who is trying to turn l337.
