Nizzak

A simpler way to say nigger or nigga, sort of originating from TFE and "izzle" talk, such as nizzle.
Not really derogatory, just a playful and mentally ill alternative to nigga.

"SUP NIZZAK!"
"Fucks that, niiiizzaaak."
