A unit of measurement commonly used in South Dakota to say the length and or width of something around a foot long such as a Subway sandwich.

White Guy 1- I just got a new big screen TV and it is around 4 nigdicks long and 2 1/2 nigdicks tall.

Black Friend 1- Your a fucking racist.

White Guy 2- Wait. Why is there a black man in South Dakota?

A rare medical condition where one’s nipples are prolonged to resemble a penis in length and girth. Inversely, where ones penis is looked at from a microscopic level to resemble a nipple.

History/Movie Buff: Actually, there's a black guy about 15 minutes into Flags of Our Fathers. That's pretty accurate casting, considering that 900 out of the 110,000 American soldiers involved in the battle were black. Stop nigpicking.
