Negosh

Slang version of the word negotiation.

Negosh'es are informal discussions between people who have different aims or intentions, especially in sports and at parties, during which they try to reach an agreement.

Team 1: "Fine we can play it that way, but everyone plays with one hand behind their back. Do you accept the terms of the negosh?"

Team 2: "Alright. We accept the terms of the negosh."

A negroshima is when your town or city has a large influx of black ( negro ) people moving in.

Using Photoshop to replace a black person in a picture with a white person, so as to make the picture appear less threatening.

Microsoft negroshopped the clip-art picture on their US website for their Polish audience, so that the people looked more Polish.
