A person who often does that is referred to as Mustudy (n.)

The process in which copious amounts of yellow mustard are applied to the hair of the punished. In this process the mustard may not be washed out until the next morning.

Tac said his fake name, breaking the rules, so he was Musterdized. He will have to sleep on the tile or outside tonight.
