Molka is the name of somebody really unique and very rare. We do not find Molkas at each corner of the sreets, it is like Pokemon GO, when you find a Pokemon you've been searching for ever, you've liked this metaphor, huh ? So, if you ever find a Molka, do not waste your time, ask her for a selfie, you should be very pleased and lucky if you ever have the chance to find a Molka. Mukamel syndrome 

n. Mukamel syndrome is a severe physical and mental condition characterized by a combination of microphalli (extremely small penis) and and uncontrollable urge to express oneself by excessive farting. Mukamel syndrome patients are usually crafty little motherfuckers who would sodomize their dead grandmother's corpse to gain social status among peers. According to one theory, the disease spread via anal intercourse with Iraqi cows (see Mukamel).
Others suggest, that it is spread via the mukaka on infected Hungarian stools.

The proper origin of "mulatto" is "muladi," not "mule."
