Moggcel

A straight man who is so obsessed with perfecting his physical appearance (Looksmaxxing), that he neglects all other masculine characteristics that might be attractive to the opposite sex, leading to difficulties in attracting women. The coping might be so extreme that he pretends to no longer care about having a sex life, or a long term relationship.

That content creator Clavicular is a moggcel. He doesn't even care about getting laid anymore.

Moggrel

A particular kind of mongrel: the aristocratic parasite who announces that the English are a mongrel people, then treats the observation as a lease on the manor. Descended, by his own account, from Norman conquerors, he uses the fact of ancient mixing to dissolve any later distinction between a settled people and whoever arrives next, while his own estate, accent and sinecure remain remarkably unmixed.

Not a dog of uncertain parentage. A pedigree in denial, living off the stock he has just declared imaginary.
