To incorrectly interpret a strudel as another baked good or pastry, or vice versa.

verb; interpret (something, especially a person's words or actions) wrongly while glazing over facts and filling in unknown variables with half baked truths.

"You've got it all misconstrudeled. You are glazing over fact and filling peoples heads with bullshit"

Misconstrue

To carelessly misinterpret another person's words, ideas or intentions, often with a dismissive and disparaging mindset. When a person misconstrues, they rely on their gut feeling while paying no attention to the actual content and rationale. Though it can happen anywhere, such quick-to-react idiocy is almost exclusive to Twitter and Reddit.
