Minxy is often used to describe that which is Japanese, cute, and meowful. Yet it is different from the overly cutesy and baby-ish kawaii-style used by young girls in Japan. Ex: Hello Kitty is very cute, but too baby-ish to be considered Minxy. Pink is not the Minxiest color.
Red is the minxiest color, followed by turquoise blue/teal.
