The proprietor of a Mexican eatery, be it restaurant or takeaway, who is clearly not Mexican, but Turkish in both mannerisms and appearance. Common throughout Australia.

"Chris dude, what do you want for lunch?"
"How about a burrito from the Mexiturk downstairs?"
