Metrophobia, contrary to pop-cultural belief, means "fear of hatred of poetry." It does NOT have anything to do with women fearing so-called "metrosexuals."

3. A fast-paced, competitive metropolis where highly ambitious people focus on licking the competition and getting ahead in dating.

For a single person, the choices can seem endless in this Metropolicks that we call New York City.
