Meg Blackout
When you drink 2 bottles of champegne in 30 minutes. Because you are slugging them like an absolute LEGEND, 2 sip mimosas right down the hatch, one after another. Everyone you see you scream at for no reason and every time you take a step and fall. When you fall, you fall hard, breaking wine bottles, bongs, and basically anything else insight until your friends force you to sleep. Suddenly, you wake up at 12:55 A.M. to 100 notifications and epic confusion. Thats what you call a good old fashion Meg Blackout.

What does it mean to be furry?
Does it mean one must speak the language of animalese
Does it mean that my choice of porn to peruse in
Must depict animals in acts society chooses not to enthuse in
For my interests do not differ much from any other
And just because my choice to nuzzle with my muzzle
May puzzle those who don’t understand the concept
Doesn’t make me an example of what not to be
Because my given lifestyle doesn’t hinder my possibilities
It’s bad enough that being gay is an issue in itself
But a gay furry to society, hell I might as well shoot myself
Yet I don’t see myself having sex with a stray cat on the street
I just look to network in a network with a net worth of people to meet
For if there is something I have learned about people in the furry fandom
Is that there is nothing like the people who are in the furry fandom
Sure we have our flaws and insecurities
But furries are the nicest people around and that I can say with all surety
For you will never find acceptance in abundance
Much like the space the fandom creates
Interest in a concept beyond what most can assimilate
That we are what we believe in and the sonas we create
A frog and a dog, a cat and a bat
We come together as one and hate we combat
You see to me, what it means to be a furry
Is to be someone who is uniquely different
Yet inherently the same
Who isn’t afraid to express what is beyond the norm
To be a furry to me is a gift

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped.
