A very suave gentlemen. Someone you could picture owning and running a casino or a car dealership. A McStoner is someone who is very smooth with all of the ladies and top dog among his friends. McStinkfingers

This new sandwich idea is a spin off of the original, "McGangbang." In eating a McGangbang last night we have decided to make a second generation version of this sandwich in where you take the double cheeseburger and instead of stuffing it with a McChicken sandwich you stuff it nicely with a filet O fish sandwich. This combo is named the McSTINKfingers for obvious reasons. Enjoy.
