It can also mean that you have the Munchies from smoking too much Weed and you make your McFaded ass down to your local McDonald's and order yourself a bunch of food, not hungry you're just Stoned! I was so McFaded yesterday I had to order me 3 Big Macs, 3 Oreo McFlurry's, 60 Chicken Nuggets, 3 Large Coca Colas and a Large Fry with Extra Salt! Man them McFaded Munchies be hitting!!!
