I should have checked that email, especially considering my propensity to malattach documents.

Attached to a mothers hip...

Madison was attached to her mothers hip almost 24 hours a day, so we considered her to be mamattached.

Malawach 

The word malawach is used in the movie "The Dictator" and it means sexual organ, as Aladeen describes his penis as well as Zoey's vagina with the word malawach.

Zoey: You need to touch yourself.
Aladeen: I don't touch myself, do you touch yourself?
Zoey: I think mostly healthy people do, yes
Aladeen: Argh, you touch your own malawach ehrrr, disgusting errhh *spits* ehhhhrrrrrr.

Macattack 

The compulsive consumption of 3 or more McDonalds Big Macs in one sitting.

1. I had a Macattack on the way home after the football game.

2. We went to McDonalds and Nick had a total Macattack.

Either forgetting to attach a file or attaching the wrong file to an email.

Bob sent me an email to discuss the agenda of our business meeting but the attachment was a comic about rattlesnake ringtones, it was a misattachment.
