When a guy is about to hook up with a girl but is thwarted by a locked door that prevents him from entering his apartment/house and there is no one else around to unlock it.
Guy 1: "Man I was about to hook up with this hot chick last night, but I forgot my key and couldn't get into my apartment."
Guy 2: "Dude you totally got lock-blocked!"

A person who prevents the unlocking of his car door by pulling the door handle at the same time the driver presses the unlock button.
Person 1: "Hey man, can you unlock my door again? I accidentally pulled the handle." Person 2: "Could you stop being such a fucking lockblocker?"
