Light-skinded
A fair skinned African American. May be fair skinned secondary to previous generations of european descent. Fair skinned appearance may also be a result of non-african parentage.
Often, at birth, African American children may appear 'light-skinded' but darken up after days to weeks after birth evoking accusations such as "That ain't my baby!" and "You slept with a white man!"

a black girl who is either mixed or just naturally has ligher skin than most black people.
Light skinned girls, because of their high desirability, often talk to many guys at once flirting and leading all of them on without ever actual putting out. Light skinned girls are also extremely bad at answering phone calls, responding to text messages, or following through with plans. Another trait of a light skinned girl is a constantly vibrating phone from the constant stream of messages, tweets, likes, shares, follows, retweets, and favorited pictures. Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
