The meaning of Liaqat is decency! They are a rare species with all the scum out there these days.

Pure and genuine from the heart! Likeable in all ways.

They may sometimes put on a persona of being vain and tough 'you get me blad type' but if you get to know them deeply you will learn that they are as innocent as a child once used to be (yeah even kids are scum & toe rags these days)
