A person who is abnormally obsessed with hispanic cultures and customs to the point psychological addiction. Behavior exibited surpasses mild cultural appropriation to the point of complete cultural immersion often with a skewed perspective.

Jill was such a latinabu she has had nothing but tacos for the past 5 days, watches nothing but the Spanish dub version of Coco and insists her name is Julieta.

Latinaboo 

Similar to Weeaboo, Slavaboo and Koreaboo, Latinaboo is someone who is not Latina/Hispanic denounced her original and biological heritage to be obsessed with Latin American culture and pretending to be Latina. In addition, they do claim that Latin music, especially Reggaeton is a superior music genre than any music out there.

My God my white friend Tiffany is a Latinaboo. All she does is listening too much Despacito and obsessed with Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee, and many Latinos/Hispanics.

Similar to being a Koreaboo, a latinaboo is Someone who is obsessed with latin/hispanic culture so much they denounce their own culture and call themselves Latino/a. They would only persue ppl of hispanic/latino(a) descent and think hispanic/latino culture is superior. However there is a line; if someone just likes the music, language and culture they are not classed as a latinoboo/latinaboo.

A gringa (white female) who desperately wants to be or be taken for a Latina. Often seeking out the company of Latino gang members or drugs dealers (thus the "juana-be" suffix instead of the standard "wannabe") to further the image. See "Weeds" on Showtime for a popular fictional example.

That chick over there in the sequined shirt calls herself Juanita, but her real name is Joanne and she's from the suburbs. She's just another latinajuanabe looking to steal one of our men.
