Latigable is an Argentinian expression which roughly means someone is doable. If you translate the word it is whipped, but thats not exactly the meaning in this context, it kind of means hot. It's usually associated with Niall Horan, singer from the boy band One Direction. For example, "Niall Is Our Latigable Boy" trended on twitter world wide on November 12th 2012
