LVT 

Abbreviation for a Licensed Veterinary Technician. All veterinary technicians work under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian. DVM While a veterinary technician can assist in performing a wide variety of tasks, they cannot diagnose, prescribe medicine, perform surgery, or engage in any activity prohibited by a state's practice act.

New York State's veterinary assistants are LVTs.

LVTM 

"Laughing viciously to myself." A spin off of "LQTM - Laughing quietly to myself" to show dark intent or spite.

When people type lol, rarely are they laughing aloud for the whole world to hear, but merely smiling and laughing quietly to themselves, or in this case they are laughing viciously.

Someone is being rude, and there is a plan to piss them off.
