When a man, because of a woman, is feeling like the loneliest man on earth, having the loneliest day ever recorded, and is also "more lonely-er" than anyone else, because it is a competition. Can also mean the loneliest nest.

Instead of feeling bad for sleeping in and missing work, he just texted his girlfriend far away and said "because I love you and miss you terribly, I am the lonelyeresstnest and can't function, so it's your fault", and then he felt much better.
