Reference to the best neighborhood in Vancouver, British Columbia. Everybody smokes the finest kush out in public and you don't have to worry about being harassed by the police, due to the fact that everyone is chill and liberal. This area of Vancouver consists of mostly middle class people who go to school, work, or sell pot.

The cutest creature ever to be made up. He is green with "patchies" (also referred to a "kissie face" where one scrunches their lips together in an O-shape) and is just cute. He originates from the little electronic toy Tamagotchi.
