It is a mixture of both clapped and tapped however it is not just used to describe a persons appearance but can be used to describe a situation. It’s a negative abstract adjective .

He’s so ktapped.

Schools ktapped.

This food tastes ktapped.

He’s so handsome the fact we’re not together is ktapped.

When I’m not with my boyfriend I feel ktapped
