Knifejogger

A person who has strong stamina, and can easily reach someone who tries to run from them. They also carry a knife, and they are often drug dealers.

The drug addict took the drugs and tried to run, but was quickly caught up and stabbed by the dealer, who turned out to be a knifejogger.
