You give up, put down your device and get ready for some kitty lovins. Oh no, your cat is suddenly done with you. Your cat leaves the area, or just walks far enough away so that you can see they are done with you.

My cat would not stop trying to climb on me and sit in between me and the computer. I felt bad, so I put the computer away and he went all kittyfickle on me.
