His stand Killer Queen / Deadly Queen's abilities are to turn anything it touches into a bomb, having a little heat-seeking bomb tank, filling air bubbles with bombs and Bite the dust which is a little Killer Queen blowing someone up from inside their eyes.
He's basically a terrorist.
