When you go to buy something on kijiji and it’s just completely not at all what it was described as. Or some one saying they are on there way to buy something that you listed on kijiji and not showing up

1. A renter, typically living in a new condominium, who found their unit on Kijiji for rent.

2. An annoying renter/tenant who thinks they own their unit. This person will do as they please and dismiss any condominium regulations, because they simply don't care.

Owner- "Can you please stop banging the gym weights on the floor?"
