Keshaavan is the thinnest, but the most handsomest Indian guy you will ever meet. He is usually the talk of all the girls in the workplace/classroom due to his handsomeness, humor and package. Due to his massive amounts of kindness, this type of person usually hangs out with overweight men (this also be due to him being the scrawniest, therefore trying to balance it out). Some may shorten this word to K7 as this word may be hard for foreigners to pronounce.

A: Look at that Indian guy, he's such a Keshaavan
B: Ah Keshaavan, I bet he's carrying some serious package down there!
