The leader of the three villians in Advent Children who tries to recover Jenova, eventually becoming Sephiroth and fighting Cloud. Tries to use the children who have been infected with Geostigma. Has an obvious Oedipus complex.
Kadaj: That's right. You and I are brethren. Brothers and sisters chosen when we inherited Mother's memetic legacy through the Lifestream!

A short, teenaged fellow from Advent Children. Despite being the youngest (and the shortest) of the three main villains (that's not counting Sephiroth), he is their leader.
There was a scene with Cloud holding Kadaj in AC. The yaoi fangirls are having a fit.

... He is very short.

The main antagonist in the film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Just like his two "brothers" Yazoo and Loz, he is born of the lifestream and made from "remnants" of Sephiroth -and possibly Cloud Strife(because of Cloud's time spent in the lifestream), hence the reason he calls Cloud big brother.

*Warning- Crisis Core Spoiler*
But, some theorise that he is actually the degraded Genesis, from Crisis Core and that the two strangers who picked him up at the end are Loz and Yazoo

He fights with his "Souba", a double-bladed katana.
As he is made from the lifestream, which is why he can absorb Jenova's cells to turn into Sephiroth
Kadaj: "You see this man, he's our big brother. But alas, in our happy flock, he's what you'd call a black sheep."

To massacre a protesting crowd on a bridge with no means of escape and later blame the crowd for provocation and initiate an inquiry against the 'mob'.

Used after the infamous Gaw Kadal massacre of Jan 21 1990 in Indian held Kashmir, where 52 citizens were killed, shot in the chest at point blank range. 250 were injured.
Audience: The government soldiers just killed off a protest demonstration.
Intellectual: They are going to do a Gaw Kadal from now on. They have no way out.
