An overpriced and over engineered machine that squeezed juice packs. Most of the price was because of the sheer engineering standards which were unnecessary for such a simple task… squeezing a godamn juice pack. Was introduced in 2017, died the same year due to backlash.
juicero was an elaborate scam. The guy behind it is still knocking around I believe. Trying to DRM juice of all things… no wonder the product and company died.

Was exorbitantly expensive due to the higher than normal engineering standards and tolerances in many of the components inside the appliance, many of which were manufactured using expensive processes like CNC machining and such. Basically a $400 overengineered contraption that squeezed DRM-locked juice packs which cost $40 a week for new ones to be delivered to your home. Was ridiculed to death. Also it was discovered you could squeeze the juice out of the packs faster by hand than the machine could which no doubt defeated the DRM. If someone on eBay is selling a juicero machine, hit me up as I wanna explore it further and maybe install a custom firmware and do other nerdy stuff with it.
