It is a day celebrated weekly on Tuesdays in which the students of schools that require them to dress in shirt and tie wear the brand of the famous “Grateful Dead” lead vocalist Jerry Garcia. The ties are inspired by his paintings and are a very fashionable choice within the adolescent circuit.
