Medicine taken to alleviate sissyness, helps a bro to "man up". Drug is composed of equal parts brotassium and bromide.

Bromeo - "Dude, I twistwed my ankle during the basketball game."

Broseph - "Did you stop playing?"

Bromeo - "Nah, I just took an ibubrofen and kept playing."
